This pendant is fabulous, and it transports me back to the 1970's. The colors of the onyx, citrine, and amber were a very popular color palette in the late 60's and early 70's, and certain designers really made the most of the saturated, tropical colors. As a child I remember seeing a lot of these — in clothes, in furniture, on housewares — and of course, on jewelry.
This Navajo sterling silver pendant is far more understated than most of the 1970's was — but that is a good thing!
